  His answer made me reflect and I think there is some value in being a good follower as you navigate your own leadership journey.

– No impact is a small impact. If you are passionate about something and it is a need, do pursue it.

– Do not build false trust, either make the community self-sustainable or have an intervention which has a long-lasting impact.

– Have a solution-centric mindset. No problem is totally unsolvable. Try to think how you can solve it!

– Don’t hesitate from making mistakes. But learn from them and don’t repeat them.
